WE ARE NOW FULLY OPEN WITH COVID -SECURE MEASURES IN PLACE

Following the latest statement from the Prime Minister on Monday 5th April, regarding the relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, we are delighted to announce that all our branches are now fully open for ALL services:

  • Service & Maintenance
  • Parts
  • New Car Sales
  • Used Car Sales

We are following Government guidance and have implemented strict processes to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

When visiting our dealerships, please wear a face mask and observe the social distancing rules in place and follow instructions from staff and on the signage throughout the building.

To further protect the safety of our customers and staff, we have also introduced the additional precaution of temperature checks for all staff and visitors to our dealerships.

All customers will have their temperature checked using a non-contact thermometer, and anyone recording a temperature of 38 degrees celsius or above will, unfortunately, be required to reschedule their appointment and return at a later date.

We hope all customers will understand the need to prioritise safety and wellbeing at this present time.

Q: How do I book a service appointment?

A: If you would like to speak to us about booking your vehicle in for repair, service or MOT, please call the relevant branch directly (click here to view all our locations).

Q: Should I book an appointment for a vehicle purchase?

A: We will need to manage the number of customers in the showroom at any one time, so appointments will be limited. As we are currently experiencing very high customer demand, we would strongly advise making a booking as soon as possible.

Q: Can I still use your online vehicle purchase options?

A: Yes, you can still buy any of our used vehicles from the comfort of your own home.

Q: How does the online purchase process work?

A: It’s very straightforward:

  1. Browse our fantastic selection of used vehicles
  2. Find the one that’s right for you and choose one of the 3 options:
    a. Reserve online for £99
    b. Complete a “Click & Collect” enquiry form
    c. Simply call the branch directly and our sales team will be happy to talk you through the process
  3. Our sales team will contact you to discuss any videos of the vehicle you’d like to see, the finance options and any accessories you may need.
  4. Once you are completely happy with your selection, paperwork can be completed electronically.
  5. We will then be in touch to arrange an appointment for you to collect your car from one of our designated, COVID-secure Click & Collect areas or you may also be able to arrange a home delivery of your new vehicle.

And if you’re not completely satisfied with your car, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
